A marketing agency for US personal injury and MVA firms, Spanish first
Wealth Marketing AI is a marketing agency for US personal injury and MVA firms that want Spanish-speaking cases. We run Google Search in native Spanish and English, qualifying landing pages and speed-to-lead intake. The fee is a flat $5,000 a month, invoiced monthly, never a share of legal fees. We take one firm per metro.

Twenty minutes. The call ends with a yes, a no, or a booked next step.
Is this for you, and is it not?
The second list is the one worth reading. A page that only sells tells you nothing you can use, and most of the enquiries we turn down are turned down for something on it.
Is this for you
- You handle motor vehicle accident cases in a US metro with a large Spanish-speaking population.
- Roughly 3 to 30 attorneys, with an intake function that exists or is being hired.
- Someone on your intake path can take a call in Spanish, or you are willing to put someone there.
- You fund your own Google Ads account and want to keep owning it.
- You want one number every week and you will read it: cost per signed case.
- Your ethics counsel can read an agreement before you sign it.
Is this not for you
- You want to pay per case, per lead, or a percentage of fees. We will not take one, even if you offer it.
- Your metro already has a firm signed with us. One firm per Nielsen DMA, and a taken metro is closed until that firm leaves.
- You want leads bought from somewhere else and resold to you. We do not sell leads and we never refer a caller to a lawyer.
- You need signed cases this month. Personal injury is among the most expensive auctions in US search and the first 60 days cost more per case than the steady state.
- Nobody answers after hours or in Spanish, and nobody is going to. That is the step where the spend leaks, and it is the one only your firm can fix.
- You practise something other than personal injury. We do not build for family, immigration, criminal or employment work.
What you get, what it costs, and what you keep.
- Fee
- $5,000 a month, flat, in USD, invoiced monthly, month to month. Never a share of legal fees, a per-case payment, or anything tied to the outcome or value of a matter.
- How it is paid
- Monthly, in arrears, as a flat marketing fee for services rendered. Ad spend is billed to you by Google inside your own account and never routes through us, so you keep the billing history.
- What we run
- Google Search in native Spanish and English, qualifying landing pages, speed-to-lead intake routing, call tracking, a tag container, conversion tracking through to signed retainer, a master negative keyword list loaded on day one, and a one-page report every Monday with a 20-minute call on it.
- What you do
- Answer in Spanish, sign the case, and approve every consumer-facing ad and page before it runs. Attorney advertising rules vary by state and your counsel confirms them.
- What you own when it ends
- All of it. The Google Ads account, the landing pages, the tag container, the tracking numbers and the CRM records belong to the firm. We hold user access only, and you can remove it any day without asking us.
- Exclusivity
- One firm per Nielsen DMA for Spanish MVA search, with the metro named in the agreement.
- Volume
- Never promised. Results depend on your market, your case economics, your intake and your ability to sign.
How long before anything happens?
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Week 1 to 2 | Access to Google Ads, the tag container, the domain and the phone system. Intake interview: who answers, what hours, Spanish capacity, what disqualifies a case. Tracking built and a test lead verified. Spanish and English pages drafted for your review. |
| Week 2 to 3 | You approve the copy. Campaigns built, negative keyword list loaded, intake routing live. Ads go live only once the lead conversion has been verified end to end. |
| Day 21 to 60 | Manual bidding while conversion data collects. Weekly search-term and negative keyword work. First qualified leads and consults. First offline conversion import from the CRM. |
| Day 60 to 90 | Enough conversion data to move bidding where volume allows. Cost per signed case becomes a number worth acting on rather than a first-month accident. |
We report from week one. We do not draw a conclusion about cost per signed case from a first month, and we will say so in writing rather than show you a flattering chart.
Will you take a percentage of a case, or a per-case fee?
No, and not even if a firm offers one. The engagement is a flat $5,000 a month for services rendered, paid whether or not a case signs. A payment that rises and falls with cases or fees is the structure that creates a fee-sharing question for your firm, and we would rather lose the engagement than create it.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. It is month to month and you can end it any month. Month to month is the only thing that keeps us honest: if the weekly number is not worth the fee, you leave. Ask for a sample invoice before you sign anything and you will get one.
We tried an agency before and got garbage. Why would this be different?
That is the usual outcome and we are not going to argue with it. Nothing here asks you to take a vendor number on faith. The 9pm Test is published with its method, its date and its counts, you can run it on your own firm tonight, and if what it says about your firm is wrong we will correct it in writing.
Who owns the ad account, the pages and the tracking numbers?
Your firm does. The ads run inside Google accounts your firm owns, on your own domain, with your own tracking numbers. We hold user access only and you can remove it any day without asking us. Everything built stays with the firm if we part ways, and you can export the records at any time.
What will you show me every week?
One page every Monday and one number in writing: cost per signed case, traced from the ad to the signed retainer on a dedicated tracking number. Spend, qualified leads and signed cases sit on the same line so the denominator is never hidden. Clicks and impressions are diagnostic and we do not send them as results.
Will you sign a competing firm in my metro?
No. One firm per Nielsen DMA, with the metro named in the agreement. Two firms in one metro would bid against each other for the same Spanish searches with us running both, so the limit binds us at least as much as it protects you. If your metro is already taken we will tell you on the call.
Is the Spanish market in my metro already served?
In many offices it is, and we do not claim Spanish coverage is rare. The gap we measured is narrower than that. Of 139 readable Los Angeles firm sites, 16 had a page actually written in Spanish rather than machine translated, and in Houston it was 23 of 142. Both counts are published with the crawl date.
Do you sell leads, or send me leads other firms also get?
Neither. We build your own search presence inside your own account, so every click, page and phone call belongs to your firm alone. Nothing we run is resold, shared or distributed to a second firm, and we never refer a caller or recommend a lawyer to anyone.
What we can name, and what we cannot.
Juan Camilo worked with Walker Advertising, Jacoby and Meyers and Morgan and Morgan on qualifying accident cases through a landing-page quiz: whether the injury was more than a year ago, whether the person received medical treatment, whether they were at fault. No figures are attached to that work here or anywhere else, because we have none whose denominator we could show you.
The rest of what we publish is our own measurement, dated and reproducible. The 9pm Test reads seven public signals on a firm's own pages on a stated date. You can run it on your firm before you ever speak to us.
- The 9pm Test, Los Angeles: 160 firms on the list, 139 readable, crawled 15 September 2026. 16 of 139 have a page actually written in Spanish.
- The 9pm Test, Houston: 148 firms on the list, 142 readable, crawled 15 September 2026. 23 of 142 have a page actually written in Spanish.
- The 9pm Test, the method: the seven signals, the scoring and the licence, so anyone can repeat the run.
- Law firm intake statistics, 2026: thirty sourced numbers, each with its publisher, its year and a link.
Sources and method
- Fees, terms and inclusions on this page are the published terms of Wealth Marketing AI as of September 17, 2026. The same terms are set out on the personal injury hub.
- Research method: the 9pm Test, a method created by Juan Camilo at Wealth Marketing AI, 2026. Every figure we publish from it carries its crawl date and its market.
Your metro is either open or it is not.
On the call we look at your intake, your case economics and whether your metro is still open. Bring your numbers and we will bring ours.
