These Terms govern your use of the products and services provided by Wealth Marketing AI, operated by Juan Camilo Pineda Guerrero (an individual based in Colombia), including wealthmarketing.ai, the Wealth Marketing AI platform at app.wealthmarketing.ai, and The Agent Circle community. By purchasing or using our services you agree to these Terms. Contact: info@wealthmarketing.ai.
We offer digital products and subscriptions, delivered online. These include The Agent Circle, a paid membership community for real estate professionals, and access to the Wealth Marketing AI software platform. There are no physical goods.
We also offer done-for-you client acquisition services. These are arranged by a separate signed agreement, which sets its own fees and terms; where that agreement says something different from these Terms, the agreement applies.
If you are not satisfied, email us at info@wealthmarketing.ai within 14 days of a charge and we will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a full refund. Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, charges outside that window are refunded at our discretion and where required by law. Refunds go back through the payment provider that took the charge (Whop for the Wealth Marketing AI platform, Creem for The Agent Circle).
The Wealth Marketing AI platform, and fees billed under a signed services agreement, are processed by Whop (whop.com). Whop handles card payment and settlement; we are the supplier, and we issue your receipt. The Agent Circle is processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record for it, appears on your statement and handles its billing, receipts and tax. Each purchase is also subject to that provider's checkout terms.
You agree not to misuse the services, share paid access with non-members, post unlawful or misleading content, or attempt to disrupt the platform. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
Our content, community, and tools are provided for informational and business-support purposes. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, sales, or income. Results depend on your own effort, market, and circumstances. We are a marketing company and are not a real estate broker, agency, developer, or licensed financial adviser.
All materials we provide remain our property or that of our licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use them; you may not resell or redistribute them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealth Marketing AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may update these Terms or the services at any time; the latest version is posted here. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
