These Terms govern your use of the products and services provided by Wealth Marketing AI, operated by Juan Camilo Pineda Guerrero (an individual based in Colombia), including wealthmarketing.ai, the Wealth Marketing AI platform at app.wealthmarketing.ai, and The Agent Circle community. We offer digital products and subscriptions, delivered online. These include The Agent Circle, a paid membership community for real estate professionals, and access to the Wealth Marketing AI software platform. There are no physical goods.
We also offer done-for-you advertising services on a monthly retainer. These agency services are arranged by separate agreement and are not sold or billed through this website or our payment provider; they are not covered by the subscription terms below.
If you are not satisfied, email us at info@wealthmarketing.ai within 14 days of a charge and we will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a full refund. Because access is delivered digitally and immediately, charges outside that window are refunded at our discretion and where required by law. All refunds are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record.
Purchases are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as the Merchant of Record and appears on your statement. Creem handles billing, receipts, tax, and payment security. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's terms.
You agree not to misuse the services, share paid access with non-members, post unlawful or misleading content, or attempt to disrupt the platform. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
Our content, community, and tools are provided for informational and business-support purposes. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, sales, or income. Results depend on your own effort, market, and circumstances. We are a marketing company and are not a real estate broker, agency, developer, or licensed financial adviser.
All materials we provide remain our property or that of our licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use them; you may not resell or redistribute them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wealth Marketing AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may update these Terms or the services at any time; the latest version is posted here. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
