A marketing agency for real estate agencies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, one agency per area
Wealth Marketing AI is a marketing agency for real estate agencies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We run the campaigns and the funnel; our partner Progressive Solutions runs the AI that answers, qualifies and follows up every enquiry, so viewings land in your calendar. A flat USD 5,000 a month, plus the media you fund. One agency per area.

Twenty minutes. The first thing we check is whether your area is still open.
Is this for you, and is it not?
The second list is the one worth reading. A page that only sells tells you nothing you can use, and most of the enquiries we turn down are turned down for something on it.
Is this for you
- A licensed real estate agency or brokerage operating in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
- You want appointments that belong to you alone rather than portal enquiries shared with three other agents.
- Your area is one of the five we run, and it is still open.
- You can fund a media budget separate from the fee.
- Your agents attend booked viewings and follow up after them. Appointments are not deals.
- You want the AI layer to answer at 2am so an enquiry never waits for office hours.
Is this not for you
- You want a performance deal: commission per sale, a price per lead, or a share of the brokerage fee. We do not work that way in this market, and the flat fee is the whole answer.
- Your area is already taken. Once an area is signed it is closed to every other agency and we do not sell it twice.
- You are outside Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We run five areas and nothing else.
- You want more enquiries rather than fewer and better ones. Volume is what the portals already sell you.
- Nobody attends the viewing or follows up afterwards. That is the step where the money is lost and it is the step we do not control.
- You need deals this month. Allow 30 to 60 days of spend before cost per booked viewing settles, and UAE seasonality is real.
What you get, what it costs, and what you keep.
- Fee
- USD 5,000 a month, flat, invoiced monthly, about AED 18,350 converted at AED 3.67 to the US dollar.
- How it is paid
- Monthly, flat, in USD. No commission on a sale, no price per lead and no share of your brokerage fee. Your media budget stays yours and separate, so what you spend on ads is never bundled into what you pay us.
- What we run
- Positioning, targeting, the funnel and the campaigns. Steps four to seven, the AI qualification, the appointment setting, the follow-up and the CRM, run on Progressive Solutions AI, so an enquiry that arrives at 2am is answered at 2am.
- What you do
- Attend the viewing and close the deal, and fund the media budget directly.
- What you own when it ends
- The ad accounts you fund, the pages, the enquiry records and the tracking. The AI layer is Progressive Solutions software and it stays theirs, which is why the agreement names what continues and what stops on the day the engagement ends.
- Exclusivity
- One agency per area across Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Village Circle, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The area is yours while the engagement runs, and it opens again if you leave.
- Volume
- Never promised. Results depend on your licence, your listings, your market and your ability to close.
Which areas can an agency take?
Five areas, each open to a single agency. The figure beside each one is public, so the market can be read before the pitch is.
| Area | Market | What the public data shows |
|---|---|---|
| Dubai Marina | Luxury apartments | Dubai's highest-value area in H1 2025, with more than 200 towers. |
| Jumeirah Village Circle | Mid-tier apartments | Dubai's most transacted district in 2025. |
| Business Bay | Canal district | Number one by value in 2025, across investors, end-users and offices. |
| Downtown Dubai | Burj Khalifa district | AED 3,179 per sq ft for luxury apartments. |
| Abu Dhabi | Saadiyat and Al Reem | AED 13.3bn of Saadiyat sales in H1 2026. |
Sources: the Dubai Media Office H1 2025 and full-year 2025 releases carrying Dubai Land Department data, the Bayut H1 2026 sales report and the ADREC H1 2026 report. Each figure is linked beside its area on the Dubai and Abu Dhabi hub.
How long before anything happens?
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Week 1 | Positioning, the funnel, the AI qualification and the CRM built. Ad accounts and tracking set up in the agency's name. |
| Week 2 | Campaigns live. First enquiries answered in seconds by the AI layer and first viewings booked into your calendar. |
| Days 30 to 60 | Enough spend behind the account for cost per booked viewing to settle. UAE seasonality is real and we plan pacing around it rather than reading a quiet fortnight as a failure. |
Appointments are not deals. If agents do not attend or do not follow up, nothing converts, and that is the one part of the chain we cannot run for you.
Is this performance based, and what does it cost?
It is not performance based and we will not pretend it is. The fee is a flat USD 5,000 a month, about AED 18,350, invoiced monthly, plus the media budget you fund yourself. There is no commission on a sale, no price per lead and no share of your brokerage fee. If you want a commission deal, we are the wrong agency.
How does one agency per area work?
We run buyer demand for a single agency in each area, and once an area is signed it is closed to every other agency. Two agencies in one area would bid against each other in the same auction with us running both, so we do not do it. The area is yours while the engagement runs and opens again if you leave.
Which areas do you cover?
Five, and nothing else: Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Village Circle, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Each is open to a single agency. If your area is already taken we will say so on the call rather than sell you a different one you did not ask about.
Who funds the media?
You do, directly, in ad accounts your agency owns. The media budget is separate from the fee and is never bundled into it, so you see every dirham of spend and the billing history stays on your side. The fee covers the campaigns, the funnel and the delivery partnership.
What does Progressive Solutions do, and why are they involved?
Progressive Solutions builds the AI operating system that runs enquiries, CRM and property operations for agencies in the UAE. We run the demand; their AI answers, qualifies and follows up every enquiry from Bayut, Property Finder, Meta, WhatsApp, phone and your own site, in seconds, at any hour. It is a partnership, not a subcontract we hide.
How is this different from Bayut and Property Finder leads?
A portal enquiry is sold to several agencies at once, so the buyer is called by four agents in an hour and picks whoever answered first. These appointments are yours alone, with a buyer qualified for intent, budget and timeline before anyone on your team spends an hour on them.
How long before anything happens?
Plan about two weeks from signed to first traffic: positioning, funnel, AI qualification and CRM in week one, campaigns live in week two. Then allow 30 to 60 days of spend before cost per booked viewing settles. UAE seasonality is real and we plan pacing around it.
Do you work with agencies outside Dubai and Abu Dhabi?
No. Five areas across Dubai and Abu Dhabi is the whole footprint of this lane. We would rather say no than take a market we cannot run properly, and an agency in another emirate or another country is better served by someone who works there every day.
We have no agency client to name. Here is what is verifiable instead.
There are no agency names, logos or deal figures on this page, because we have none we are free to publish. What is verifiable is the partnership and the market data, and both are linked below rather than asserted.
The delivery partnership with Progressive Solutions is real and is how the AI layer is provided. The figures beside each area come from published sources: the Dubai Media Office releases carrying Dubai Land Department data, the Bayut H1 2026 sales report and the ADREC H1 2026 report.
- The Dubai and Abu Dhabi hub: every area, the public figure behind it and the source beside each number.
- Exclusive versus shared real estate leads: why shared enquiries look cheap per lead and expensive per deal.
- Why portal leads do not convert: what the portals actually sell, and what does convert.
- The 9pm Test, the method: how we check, publicly and on a stated date, what a buyer meets after hours.
Sources and method
- Fees, terms and inclusions on this page are the published terms of Wealth Marketing AI as of September 17, 2026. The same terms are set out on the Dubai and Abu Dhabi hub.
- Research method: the 9pm Test, a method created by Juan Camilo at Wealth Marketing AI, 2026. Every figure we publish from it carries its crawl date and its market.
Your area is either open or it is not.
On the call we look at your listings, your market and whether your area is still available. Come prepared and be on time.
