For coaches and consultants deciding whether to hire an agency

A marketing agency for coaching businesses, paid only when you get paid

Wealth Marketing AI is a marketing agency hired by US coaches and consultants. We run the ads, build the funnel, qualify the leads and book sales calls on your calendar. No retainer: we are paid 30% of every sale the system brings, and you fund the ads. It is wrong for an offer that has never sold at its price.

Fit

Is this for you, and is it not?

The second list is the one worth reading. A page that only sells tells you nothing you can use, and most of the enquiries we turn down are turned down for something on it.

Is this for you

  • You are a US coach, consultant or expert and you are the one hiring the agency.
  • Your offer has already sold at its price to someone who was not a friend or a referral.
  • You close well on a call, and the thing you are short of is conversations rather than closing skill.
  • You have room on your calendar to take more calls this month.
  • You can fund an ad budget directly in accounts you own, separate from our 30%.
  • You want an agency whose invoice is zero in a month where the system sells nothing.

Is this not for you

  • You run a marketing agency and want coaching on how to get agency clients. That is a different business and it is not ours. Our client is the coach.
  • This is a first offer at an untested price. Paid traffic will not tell you whether the offer works, it will only tell you faster that it does not.
  • You need the calls to close themselves. We book the conversation. Closing it is the one job that stays yours.
  • You cannot fund ads until sales come in. The 30% is separate from media and media comes first, so a no-retainer model is not a no-cost model.
  • You want a promised number of sales calls. Nobody can promise volume out of a paid channel and a promise like that pushes an agency toward cheap bookings that waste your day.
  • Your niche already has a partner with us. We take only a few coaching partners per niche so we are not running two identical offers against each other.
The terms

What you get, what it costs, and what you keep.

Fee
No retainer and no setup fee. 30% of every sale the system brings, invoiced monthly.
How it is paid
Monthly, in arrears, on revenue actually collected from clients the system booked. If the system books nothing in a month, there is no invoice that month. The 30% never applies to your existing clients, your referrals or your own list.
Ad budget
Yours, funded directly in ad accounts you own, and entirely separate from the 30%. It is your only fixed cost.
What we run
Positioning and offer framing, paid ads and targeting, the funnel, AI qualification, appointment setting, reminder and follow-up sequences, the CRM and the tracking behind all of it.
What you do
Take the call and close it. That is the eighth job and it is the one we do not do.
What you own when it ends
The ad accounts are in your name and funded by you, so the account and every dollar of billing history stay on your side whatever happens. Our position on the pages, the CRM records and the tracking is the same as in every other lane we run: what is built for you stays with you, and the agreement names it before you sign.
Exclusivity
A few coaching partners per niche, so we are not running two identical offers against each other.
Volume
Never promised. Results depend on your offer, your price and your ability to close.
Timing

How long before anything happens?

From signed to a cost per booked call that has settled
WhenWhat happens
Week 1Positioning, offer framing, the page and the tracking built. Ad accounts and the CRM set up in your name.
Week 2Ads live. First calls landing on your calendar. Qualification and follow-up sequences running.
Days 30 to 60Enough spend behind the account for cost per booked call to settle. Before that window the number moves too much to act on.

None of that is a promise of volume. Early cost per call is the highest it will ever be, and more calls will not rescue a weak offer or a weak close.

Questions and answers

Are you a marketing agency for coaches, or a coach for marketing agencies?

A marketing agency for coaches. Our client is the coach or the consultant: you hire us, we run your ads and book sales calls onto your calendar. We do not coach agency owners, we do not sell a course about running an agency, and we do not teach marketing. If you were looking for a coach for your agency, this is the wrong page.

What does it cost, and is there really no retainer?

There is no retainer and no setup fee. We are paid 30% of every sale the system brings, invoiced monthly. Your only fixed cost is the ad budget, which you fund directly in accounts you own and which is entirely separate from the 30%. A month where the system sells nothing carries no invoice.

How does a pay-per-result model actually work here?

We invoice monthly, in arrears, at 30% of revenue actually collected from clients the system booked. Attribution is the whole argument, so every lead is tracked from ad to booking to sale in a CRM you can see, and the 30% never touches your existing clients, your referrals or your own list.

Can I get coaching clients without paying anything upfront?

Not honestly, no. There is no retainer here, which removes the agency fee from the front of the deal, but paid traffic still has to be funded and you fund it directly. Anyone offering clients with no money at risk at all is either taking a much larger share later or is not buying traffic.

Who owns the ad account and the pages?

You own the ad accounts, because they are in your name and you fund them, so the billing history and the audience data stay on your side whatever happens between us. Our position on the funnel pages, the CRM records and the tracking is the same as in every other lane we run: what is built for you stays with you.

How many sales calls will I get?

No number is promised. Nobody can promise volume out of a paid channel, and a promise like that would push us toward cheap bookings that waste your day. What we commit to is the build, the running of it, and an incentive identical to yours, because we are paid only on sales the system brings.

How long before anything happens?

Plan about two weeks from signed to first traffic: positioning, offer, page and tracking in week one, ads live and first calls landing in week two. Then allow 30 to 60 days of spend before cost per booked call settles. Early cost per call is the highest it will ever be.

Should I hire a marketing coach, an agency, or a freelancer?

A coach teaches you to do it and leaves you to do it, which is right if you have time and want the skill. A freelancer runs one channel and stops at the edge of it. An agency runs the whole thing and is worth it only if the offer already sells. If your offer has not sold at its price, none of the three is the answer yet.

Proof, stated no further than it goes

We have no coaching client to name. Here is what we published instead.

There are no client names, logos, screenshots or revenue figures on this page. We do not have coaching results we are free to publish, and inventing them is the thing that made this category impossible to trust in the first place.

What we have instead is our own measurement. The Coach Funnel Review reads what a buyer actually meets on the public pages of coaching and consulting businesses on the way to booking a call, on a stated date, scored against eight visible signals. Nothing was booked and no email was given in exchange for a download.

Sources and method

  • Fees, terms and inclusions on this page are the published terms of Wealth Marketing AI as of September 17, 2026. The same terms are set out on the coaching hub.
  • Research method: the 9pm Test, a method created by Juan Camilo at Wealth Marketing AI, 2026. Every figure we publish from it carries its crawl date and its market.
Your move

A yes, a no, or a booked next step.

On the call we look at your offer, your numbers and whether it is a fit. We take only a few coaching partners per niche, so the honest answer is sometimes that the niche is taken.
