How to choose a marketing agency, by market
Six pages for people deciding whether to hire an agency at all. Each one lists the real options in one market, what each costs, when each is right and when each is wrong. We sell one of the options and our row is marked. Every figure carries a publisher and a date, and the options with no public price say so.

Which guide do you need?
For a personal injury law firm
Six options, ten questions to ask, and why no agency can take a share of your fees.
For a research peptide brand
Six options, eight questions, and who holds the account risk in each.
For a stairlift or mobility dealership
Written for the dealer, not the buyer. Six options and the exclusivity question first.
For a coaching business
For the coach, not the agency owner. Six options and the model that decides the rest.
For a Dubai real estate agency
Six options, the advertising permit, and why reply speed decides which one works.
How agencies charge
Nine pricing models, what each pays a vendor to produce, and when each is worse for you.
The single question a cautious managing partner asks first
Whether a marketing company can be paid out of a recovery. It cannot, and the rule binds the firm rather than the vendor.
Can a marketing agency take a percentage of legal fees? sets out ABA Model Rule 5.4(a), Rule 7.2(b)(1), the comment about lead generators, two state variations and what all of it means for how any agency must be paid.
What is a buyer guide on this site?
A page that lists the real options for buying demand in one market, including the ones we do not sell, with what each costs, when each is right and when each is wrong. We appear in one row of the table with our price and our limit, rather than at the top of it.
Every figure on those pages carries a publisher and a date, and the rows with no public price say so.
Why would an agency publish a guide that does not put it first?
Because the alternative is another page claiming to be the best, and there are already enough of those. A buyer who reads the six options and picks a different one was never going to be a good fit for us, and we would rather find that out before a call than after a contract.
You should still check who published what you are reading. The check takes ten seconds and is described on every guide.
How often are these updated?
When a sourced figure changes or a new study of ours publishes. The last updated date at the top of each page is the date of the last substantive change, not a rolling timestamp.
Every page carries the date it was written and links the sources it used.
If you have read the guide for your market and want the specialist row.
Twenty minutes, on your numbers rather than ours. If one of the other five options is the better answer for you, that is a fine outcome for a call.
