You can hold a room with a CEO. The constraint is how many decision-level conversations reach your calendar each month, with the person who actually signs. We build and run the system that books them. No retainer. 30% of every sale the system brings. You fund the ads.
The ICF's own numbers on who coaches executives, who pays, and what that is worth.
Leadership is the most named main specialty (34%), followed by executive coaching (17%), and a little over half of coaches say their clients are mostly managers (31%) or executives (25%) (ICF 2023 Global Coaching Study, executive summary). All of them bid for the same senior attention.
On average 57% of clients are sponsored, meaning someone other than the client pays, and the higher that share, the higher the fee and annual revenue. Coaches who mainly serve executives command the highest hourly fees, against a North American average of $272 per one-hour session (ICF 2023 study).
Among coaches with more than ten years' experience, 38% primarily serve executives and nearly 30% serve managers, against 18% and 10% for coaches in their first year (ICF 2025 Global Coaching Study, executive summary PDF). Client seniority is earned, and targetable.
In an FMI report cited by the ICF, 87% of respondents agreed executive coaching has a high return on investment, and a PwC and Association Resource Center survey put the average return at seven times the cost of the coach (ICF, the ROI of coaching in 2024). Sponsors already believe in the category. They need to meet you.
Executive coaching is sold as an engagement, not an hour: a fixed term with a senior leader, often opened with an assessment and reviewed with a sponsor along the way. Most deals have two buyers: the leader in the chair, and the HR, talent or L&D sponsor who approves the budget. Both have to say yes.
The ICF ties fees to that structure. Its 2023 study says the position held by the client exerts an important influence on the hourly fee, with coaches who mainly serve executives at the top, and that revenue rises with the share of sponsored clients (ICF 2023 study). Its 2025 study adds that 73% of coaches agree clients and organizations expect a certification or credential (ICF 2025 Global Coaching Study).
We do not publish price bands we cannot source. Your engagement price stays yours. What we change is how many senior conversations you get to quote it in.
Same eight steps as every partner. Four change when there are two buyers in the room.
Positioning for two readers. The page speaks to the leader's problem and the sponsor's business case at once, without the guru tone that makes a senior buyer close the tab.
Targeting by seniority. Paid search and paid social aimed at senior titles and the people who buy development for them, with a qualifier that asks who pays before it asks for a calendar.
Qualification a sponsor respects. The AI screens for role, budget owner and timing, then books a discovery call, not a pitch. Sponsored leads get a path to loop in HR.
Follow-up at a corporate pace. Approval takes weeks. The system keeps the thread alive with the leader and the sponsor until a decision lands, without you chasing.
You stay in your zone of genius, closing and delivering. We run steps 1 to 7, so the calendar fills itself.
No retainer. 30% of every sale the system brings. You fund the ads.
We are paid from results only. Sales the system brings are tracked from first click to invoice in the CRM, so both sides see the same numbers, and the 30% is invoiced monthly against what actually closed. Ad spend runs through your own ad account and is separate from our fee. If nothing closes in a month, there is nothing to invoice.
Both. The funnel asks early whether the engagement is self-funded or sponsored, and routes each to the right conversation. When a sponsor is involved, the booking includes them, so you are not selling twice.
The 30% applies to every sale the system brings and is invoiced monthly against what was actually paid that month. How a phased or installment engagement is counted is written down before we build, so there are no surprises on either side.
Senior people scroll and search like everyone else. They just ignore anything that looks like hype. We write for that reader: calm, specific, and about their situation. If your offer genuinely only moves by referral, we will say so on the call.
Keep them. Referrals are the best leads you will ever get, and the least predictable. The system runs underneath so a quiet referral month does not become a quiet revenue month.
Take the 60-second qualifier. If it is a fit, we map how the system reaches leaders and sponsors in your lane. If not yet, The Coach Circle is where coaches trade the offers, funnels and referrals working right now.
