You can take a serious owner through your offer and enroll them. The ceiling is the number of real conversations you get each month. We build and run the system that books them, in your niche, on your calendar. No retainer. 30% of every sale the system brings. You fund the ads.
Three public numbers to know before another month of posting for referrals.
IBISWorld sizes US business coaching at $20.0 billion in 2026 across 75,590 businesses. Revenue grew at a 1.9% CAGR from 2021 to 2026 while the number of coaching businesses grew 4.4% a year: more coaches sharing a pool that grows slower than they do (IBISWorld, Business Coaching in the US).
The ICF counts a record 122,974 coach practitioners, up 15% since 2023, generating $5.34 billion a year (ICF 2025 Global Coaching Study). Among coaches with ten or more years in the profession, 80% focus on business coaching, against 48% of those in their first year (2025 executive summary, PDF).
There are 36,207,130 small businesses in the US, 6,395,635 of them with paid employees, and 67.7% of new employer establishments survive at least two years (SBA Office of Advocacy, FAQs 2026, PDF). That is the pool a business coach sells into, and most of it never meets a coach.
Business coaching is sold one of three ways: a one-to-one engagement with an owner, a group program with a cohort, or a mastermind that mixes both. All three close on a call, not a checkout page, because the buyer is committing to a business outcome and wants to look you in the eye first.
On price we quote only published numbers. The ICF's 2023 study reports an average fee of $272 per one-hour session in North America and average annual coaching revenue of $67,800 for North American coaches, while 53% of coaches worldwide made under $30,000 that year (ICF 2023 Global Coaching Study, executive summary). The 2025 study puts the global average at $234 an hour and finds coaches expect growth to come from more clients (60%) rather than higher fees (37%) (ICF 2025 executive summary, PDF).
Read that last line again. The profession itself says the lever is more clients, not a higher rate. A program priced on the outcome and sold on a call is how business coaches escape the hour. We keep that call booked.
Same eight steps as every partner. Four of them change when the buyer is a business owner.
Positioning: one owner, one outcome. “I help business owners” is not a position. “I help agency owners get out of delivery” is. We sharpen the promise before a dollar goes into ads.
Targeting: owners, not aspiring owners. Paid ads aimed at people already running a business in the revenue band your offer needs, so the qualifier is not doing all the work.
Qualification: revenue, decision, timing. The AI screens for current revenue, who decides, and whether they can act this quarter, before a slot on your calendar is offered.
Follow-up in an owner's rhythm. Owners get busy and go quiet. The system follows up for weeks by message and email and rebooks no-shows without you lifting a finger.
You stay in your zone of genius, closing and delivering. We run steps 1 to 7, so the calendar fills itself.
No retainer. 30% of every sale the system brings. You fund the ads.
We are paid from results only. Sales the system brings are tracked from first click to invoice in the CRM, so both sides see the same numbers, and the 30% is invoiced monthly against what actually closed. Ad spend runs through your own ad account and is separate from our fee. If nothing closes in a month, there is nothing to invoice.
Both, and masterminds too. What matters is that the program is sold on a call and the ticket is large enough that 30% still leaves you a healthy margin. We check your numbers on the first call and tell you straight if it does not fit.
Every sale the system brings: a client who came in through the funnel and the calls it booked. Attribution is agreed in writing before we build, tracked in the CRM, and invoiced monthly against sales that closed that month. Your existing referrals and past clients are not ours.
You fund the ads directly in your own ad account, so the spend is always visible and always yours. We agree a starting budget on the call based on your ticket size and how many calls you can take, then scale only when the numbers say so.
We take a few coaching partners per niche and keep them from competing over the same audience. If your niche is already taken, we will tell you on the call rather than sell you a seat that cannot work.
Take the 60-second qualifier. If it is a fit, we map how the system fills your calendar on a call. If not yet, The Coach Circle is where coaches trade the offers, funnels and referrals working right now.
